National Network of Career Nursing Assistants
The National Network of Career Nursing Assistants is a non-profit educational organization promoting recognition, education, research, advocacy and peer support development for nursing assistants in nursing homes and other long term care settings.
This site is also home to the Nursing Assistant Honor Society. The 20-Year Club is the Nursing Assistants Honor Society, which aims to recognize and validate the caregivers who provide consistent long term services to the people in their care over time. Nursing Assistants with twenty or more years of service are invited to become members of the National 20-Year Club.
