I have been a licensed CNA since 1998. It is the best thing I've ever done. I've worked agencies, hospitals, rehab, and LTCF. I've been at my current job since 2001. Along the way I have learned so much. At the end of my shift I know I've done a good job. My advice to new CNAS:
